There is a real art to bread-making and Da Bara are up there with the very best bakers.

We have worked with the team at Da Bara closely over the last 10 years to photograph the making process and capture the beautiful textures and colours in their products. Our cinnamon bun photo has become pretty iconic for the brand!

We've developed packaging designs for their jam and chutney range, granola packs, gift boxes, mail order packs and most recently a very indulgent cinnamon bun liquor called Twice Baked. We also designed a beautiful brochure to help them with trade accounts, not that most people need much convincing!

In recent years they have opened cafes and bakery shops in St Mawes, Roseland Plant Centre and Indian Queens and we have worked with them to create unique visual identities for each site using a format that can be rolled out to other projects as the business continues to expand.

Our business has experienced huge growth over the past decade - changes that are evidenced in the archive of photos that Sal has taken in that time. Looking back, Ayr have always got to the heart of what we do, it helps that they have a good understanding of food businesses and appreciate the art of bread-making, but they also take time to listen and to watch the processes. Their photography and brochure design has helped us to attract valuable wholesale customers whilst a range of beautiful packaging and signage designs for our various outlets has helped to increase footfall and product sales. They have proved to be a consistently excellent and dedicated creative partner.
